MgZnO/ZnO based heterostructure for the detection of biomolecules

The aim of the project is to fabricate a device for the detection of biomolecules. In order to achieve the goal of the project an analytical model will be proposed which will be helpful in optimizing the device parameters. Using the optimized study a MgZnO/ZnO based heterostructure will be fabricated. This project is sponsored by SERB-DST GOI under SRG scheme to Dr. Rohit Singh.
